Joshua Simkin England was our agent when we sold our house. Things went so well, we don’t know where to start. We had never met Joshua before he gave us his initial presentation on being our agent. My wife and I had a difficult transition with my 95 year old cousin who asked me to handle her matters and to find a senior living resident for her to transition as she was no longer able to manage her home and other financial complexities.
